Official Rules

"Win a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro"

1. SPONSORS

The supporters of this raffle are the Omaha World-Herald Company with offices at 1314 Douglas St, Omaha, NE 68102 and Nebraska New Car & Truck Dealers Association with offices at 701 S. 13th St. Lincoln, NE 68509. The proceeds of the raffle shall benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation of Nebraska with offices at 11926 Arbor St, Suite 102, Omaha, NE 68144 (the “Sponsor”).

2. PRIZES; ODDS OF WINNING

One (1) winner will receive the Grand Prize: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro (MSRP $27,780). 38,000 tickets will be printed.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute all or part of prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for payment of all taxes on prize and for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specifically stated herein. Winner will be issued an IRS W2-G for the fair market value of the prize. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment for make and model; any available upgrades and options are at sole cost of winner. Title, applicable taxes, registration, license and similar fees and insurance and costs of operating vehicle are winner's sole responsibility. Winner must show proof of valid driver's license and insurance prior to taking delivery. The odds of winning will depend on the actual number of eligible entries received.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Raffle tickets will be available at the Make-A-Wish office (11926 Arbor St., #102, Omaha), at their gift-wrapping booth at Oakview Mall in Omaha beginning Wednesday, December 16, 2009 – December 24th, 2009, hours are noon to closing time. Tickets may also be purchased at all participating Chevrolet dealers.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the Make-A-Wish booth at the 2010 Midlands International Auto Show between 1/21/10 and 1/24/10. Pay one dollar ($1.00) and you will receive one Official Entry Form (i.e., raffle ticket). For five dollars ($5.00), you will receive six entry forms (i.e., raffle tickets). You must fill out the Official Entry Form, available while supplies last, with your name, address, e-mail address (if you have one); telephone number and any other information requested and deposit it into the designated entry box. Entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Entrants are not required to listen to a sales presentation. The information you provide in your entry may be used for marketing purposes.

4. ELIGIBILITY

This raffle is offered only in the state of Nebraska and is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“U.S.”), 18 years of age and over with proof of valid drivers license and insurance. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who from and after January 27th, 2009 were or are employees or agents of Sponsor or its parent company, subsidiaries or the service agencies or independent contractors of any of the above organization(s); (b) person who are engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, or drawing of the winner for this raffle; (c) persons who are members of the immediate family of, or who reside in the same household as any person in either of the preceding categories; and (d) persons who have won a prize from Sponsor within the last thirty (30) days prior to December 4, 2009.

5. SELECTION

The winner will be selected by a representative of Sponsor by means of a random drawing on January 26th, 2010 and will be notified via telephone on or about January 26, 2010. The winner will have ninety (90) days to claim the prize. Additionally, if he winner is deemed ineligible or if the winner rejects the prize, the Sponsor shall select and notify an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules. All of Sponsor's decisions related to this sweepstakes will be final and binding in all respects.

6. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to seek authority under applicable law to terminate this raffle if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the raffle as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. At its sole discretion, Sponsor may disqualify any person whom it considers to have intentionally violated the Official Rules or any element of this raffle. By participating, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, all supporters identified in section 1 above, and their affiliates, stations, subsidiaries and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, including but not limited to, advertising and promotion agencies, from and against any and all liability with respect to the acceptance, possession or use (or misuse) of the prizes or participation in the raffle or in prize-related activities, including but not limited to, travel related thereto. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to permit Sponsor to use his/her name, address, city, state, photograph, voice, videotape or any likeness for advertising, publicity or trade purpose in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation.

7. TAXES

All taxes (federal, state and local) on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. State and local withholding tax must be paid prior to the winner taking possession of the vehicle.

8. NAME OF WINNER

Winner's name will be posted on www.omahaautoshow.com after January 29, 2010.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Winner must comply with all applicable state laws related to possession of the prize.
